We had been all over the area looking for a Realtor to help us. Everyone had told us we could not get financing on a property because Jim is self employed as a Truck Driver. We went to Ron looking for assistance in purchasing a lot to place a new Double Wide mobile home on. Ron sat and talked with us for quite some time. We had told him that we preferred to purchase a site-built home but didn't think we could get the financing to do that. After a few days, Ron called us in and told us he had located a source for financing a home and showed us a few homes. Furthermore, we have since sold that home and moved into another new home. And, to imagine that we went to Ron looking for a small lot. I went to Ron in somewhat of a desperate situation. I absolutely needed to sell my home and Ron was referred to me by one of my own clients who had worked with Ron in the purchase of his home. Ron sat with me and explained all the details of Listing and Selling my home in a way I could understand. I had placed my property for sale with another agency and after 18 month, still had nothing to show for their efforts. With Ron's great marketing plan and how he gets the information out to anyone and everyone that would be interested in the property as well as to other agencies that may have interested clients, is an exact science. It paid off!! Within 21 days, I had received an offer for my property, the contingencies were met from all parties and we closed on the property within 30 days of the accepted offer.
